DON'T BE AFRAID

When evening came, Jesus disciples went down to the lake, got into a boat, and went back across the lake towards Capernaum. Night came on, and Jesus had not come to them.  By then a strong wind was blowing and stirring up the water. 

The disciples had rowed about five or six kilometres when they saw Jesus walking on the water, coming near the boat, and they were terrified.

"Don't be afraid", Jesus told them, "It is I!" Then they willingly took him into the boat, and immediately the boat reached land at the place were heading for.
John 6:16-21

Heavenly Father, you are God of the living. Jesus Christ your Son our LORD came to ransom us from death. Draw us closer to Jesus. We know that Jesus is ever present and with us in every storm. Help us to realize the your wondrous plan for us. H.G.
